Her book Seasons of the Soul, Los ciclos del alma, was chosen by Barnes and Noble as one of the best books 2022 en español. Aside from writing,  Sharon volunteers her time and leadership for various wellness and faith community-based projects for mothers and children. She loves gardens, music, traveling, the ocean, reading, interior design, health, lifestyle, philosophy, and nature. She is currently working on various new projects, including children’s books. Sharon lives in Miami, is the proud mom of Gabbie and has white wise elder Persian cat, called Michín.
